Tordess team is based in Vietnam, with team member background from Infinity Blockchain, Amdax, BitcoinVN, Kraken, Incognito Wallet, etc.
Most of our team members are (or were at some point of time) crypto full-time day traders. When we found out how prop firms are disrupting forex and stocks trading landscape, we realized that this can be implemented for crypto trading and empower millions of retail crypto traders. That's when we started building Tordess.
Dat Le – CEO:
Dat is a serial entrepreneur with 2 x successful exits and hands-on experience in various sectors, including construction, energy, IT and crypto. Notable achievements include:
Founded 2 different business ventures in equipment supply and renewable energy that have both been exited in multi-million dollar deals.
Developed a portfolio of 50MWp rooftop solar projects (one of the biggest portfolios of its kind at the time) in Vietnam between 2019-2022.
Developed various proven backtested trading algorithms for crypto perpetual contracts, attracted over 400 subscribers and managed over $100k AUM of investors’ funds on Zignaly.

Quang Vu – CTO:
Quang is a proven tech leader with over 15 years experience managing technical teams providing complex IT solutions, with 7 years experience involving blockchain applications. Having a MSc in Software Engineering from Université de Bordeaux, Quang’s previous experience include:
Lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology.
Tech manager at Infinity Blockchain - a major Vietnamese blockchain outsourcing firm serving industry leading clients such as IOHK (Cardano); Lead solution architect at Amdax - Europe's first crypto bank, etc.

Sky Nguyen – CMO:
Sky has over 6 years experience in the crypto industry, starting with his first job at BitcoinVN in 2017, driving crypto adoption in Vietnam since the early days. His later roles include:
Led a team of customer support specialists for Kraken in Vietnam.
Joined CCVN since its inception as a moderator and grew it to become the largest English-speaking crypto community in Vietnam.
